For those looking for more action, the daily shaped Snowpark Steinplatte is a must, while our youngest guests will be thrilled by the Triassic Funline with its dino-strong elements as well as varied childcare in our TriassicPark. Winter hikers enjoy the unbeatable distant view on the circular hiking trail to the viewing platform and cross-country skiers get their money's worth on the cross country skiing trails of the Winklmoosalm.

This newly designed free winter attraction, especially for children and families, transforms the Hausberg in the middle of Waidring into a colorful and cheerful snow paradise. The highlights of Triassic Kinderland include a funline with boxes and wave run accompanied by funny dino figures, as well as a 108-meter-long conveyor belt that allows little slope whizzes to effortlessly enter and ascend the world of skiing. On the highlight days our mascot Triassi visits the Kinderland. The ski school Snowsports Steinplatte offers full and half day courses including catering and lunch supervision as well as ski taster courses for toddlers with supplementary child care at the Triassic Park on the Steinplatte. For culinary snacks and warming breaks with hot drinks, the Hausbergalm welcomes you at the parking lot of the ski meadow.

For us, sustainability and environmentally friendly practices play an important role in winter sports. It is our concern to preserve our breathtaking mountain environment and protect it for future generations. A Modern E-charging park offers environmentally conscious skiers the opportunity to sustainably charge their electric vehicles. Free ski buses reduce traffic and therefore environmental impact and promote sustainable guest arrival. The Steinplatte ski area sources 100% green electricity from renewable sources for all facilities and technical snowmaking, resulting in low CO2 emissions. We close the circle by using water of drinkable quality for technical snowmaking and returning it to nature naturally via snowmelt in spring. This outstanding example of sustainable circular economy is implemented with state-of-the-art snow depth measurements in piste equipment, which enables efficient snow management and thus reduces our consumption of resources. The ski area controls construction processes through independent ecological construction supervision and ensures short transport routes for construction materials, efficient materials management and nature-oriented construction management for appropriate interaction with nature. By means of gentle pasture management by our local farmers with minimal mowing and fertilizing on the slope areas in summer, the local fauna and flora are protected.

For occasional skiers there are great daily offers, such as the unbeatable "Super Tuesday Offer" at which young people, adults and seniors can enjoy the slopes at a special reduced rate on Tuesdays (9, 16, 23.01. & 5, 12, 19, 26.03.2024). Inexpensive group tickets such as the 3-Länder-Freizeit-Arena with an excellent price-performance ratio round off the offer and make your ski trip an affordable pleasure. The best part?
