Burton Snowboard Tour Final

After a successful last season, the snowboard junior event series is entering a new round in winter 23/24. Snowboard kids between the ages of 6 and 12 can pick up valuable tips from the Snowboardbayern coaches at 6 locations and compete with their peers in snowboard contests. In addition to the previous venues in Sudelfeld, Oberammergau, Fellhorn, Nesselwang and Lenggries, there will also be an event on the Steinplatte.

Burton Snowboards presents the tour and provides attractive, age-appropriate prizes for the kids.

The "Kids Snowboard Tour" teaches snowboarding basics such as turns, slides and jumps with lots of fun in the versatility of snowboarding as well as courage, skill and self-confidence. The focus is on learning and having fun. A small competition on Sunday is the final highlight.

The contest mode:

The focus is on the combination of speed, aesthetics and the individual strengths of the young athletes. Various types of terrain such as kickers, banks, boxes, slalom elements and rollers are combined into a flowing run and judged by the coaches on the basis of 10 different criteria.

Age groups, f/m each:

U7 (born 2017 and younger)

U9 (born 2016 and 2015)

U12 (born 2014-2012)
