The working world of the Steinplatte

Our employees are largely responsible for the success and over 50 years of consistency of Bergbahnen Steinplatte. They embody many years of experience, sincere loyalty, cohesion and a strong belief in our brand. A mix of technically skilled experts, friendly sales staff, creative minds and conscientious people form a team that works with joy and innovation every day to provide guests with unforgettable experiences on the mountain. The majority of our employees are deeply rooted in the region, have a long-standing relationship with our company and have now developed into important key positions and managers.

Employee awards 2024
The majority of our permanent staff and many of our seasonal employees have been an integral part and success factor of our company for many years and decades. We are delighted to have so many motivated and agile employees with us.

At the end-of-season party, our apprentice Sebastian Posch received two further awards for passing his final apprenticeship exam (ropeway technology). We would like to thank Hubert Mader (44th winter season) and Alfons Egger (46th winter season) for their great commitment, expertise and humor over all these years and wish them all the best for their retirement!
