Ski pass refund
A ski pass can only be refunded in the event of a skiing accident on presentation of a medical certificate issued by a local doctor. The ski pass must be handed in at the ticket office where it was purchased. The days of use are deemed to be the days from the issue of the ski pass to the deposit at the ticket office that issued the pass. Without exception, there are no refunds for day tickets! There is no legal entitlement to a refund in the event of an accident or illness; any refunds are purely a gesture of goodwill. We reserve the right to refuse a refund without giving reasons.
Ticket inspection, conditions of carriage, instructions from the train and lift staff
All tickets and ski passes must be presented to the control authorities upon request. Furthermore, we ask you to obey our lift staff - it is only for your personal safety. Offenders will have their ski pass revoked. The conditions of carriage displayed at each valley station also apply. Day tickets and ski passes are not transferable (PHOTO CONTROL). Misuse will result in the withdrawal of the ski pass, a fine of Euro 100 and a report to the police.

Information pursuant to § 24 DSG 2000 on "Photocompare"
Please note that for the purpose of access control, a reference photo of the lift pass holder is taken the first time he/she passes through a turnstile equipped with a camera. This reference photo is compared by the lift personnel with the photos that are taken each time a turnstile equipped with a camera is passed through. The reference photo is deleted immediately after the lift ticket expires, the other photos are deleted no later than 30 minutes after the respective turnstile has been passed through. It should be noted that it is also possible to purchase lift tickets that are technically configured in this way, but that random checks by lift staff must be expected.
The individual services to which the cards entitle the holder are provided by legally independent companies. The company selling the card only acts as an agent for the other companies. Only the respective company is therefore obliged to provide the individual services and to pay compensation in the event of any incidents.
